I contacted Outdoor World Direct to confirm stock availability before committing to a large purchase. The representative was very polite and informative and gave me the choice to complete the transaction over the telephone or take time to decide and complete online. I completed my transaction online which was painless and i received regular updates regarding delivery of my order. The order was upgraded to next day delivery and it arrived on time and undamaged. My family and I are thoroughly pleased with our purchase of a 5 man tent, footprint and carpet. I would absolutely recommend OWD and would use them myself again. Thanks very much.
