When trying to purchase through the website after all CC details were entered, there was a transaction error. I couldn't tell if the booking was successful or not.
I phoned their CSR and was asked to tell them the details and had to recite all of my details phonetically, which took forever. This was strange even though the phone connection seemed fine. When speaking details back they were wrong nearly every time and had to be corrected.
When final details were sent via email, there were still details wrong - it appeared the CSR did not enter things correctly into their tool. It took several back and forth emails to fix this - and several of the times details that were correct became incorrect.
Finally the details were ok. But when I checked my billing I had two charges from Vayama (search for Vayama complains if you need more info).
Fortunately Vayama did acknowledge the mistaken charge and remove it.
I wouldn't use either BudgetAir or Vayama ever again with all these headaches...
