I made a mistake when I ordered some shirts. I did something stupid and ended up losing the whole page, so when I went back through and re-selected the same items I forgot to change the size and ended up with 2 shirts that were too small. When I finally got to the checkout, I had 2 of everything! I deleted one, the wrong one; I ended up deleting the one with the right shirt sizes, but didn't realize it at the time. Anyway, after I got my order, I realized my mistake, so I had to send some stuff back, not that I wanted to, but I just can't wear clothes that are too small. I emailed the people at Petflow and asked about an exchange, but they sent me instructions on how to return the items. I couldn't even do that right! I emailed them 3 or 4 (or 5) times. They were very patient and friendly with me and took care of everything! I haven't found that kind of customer service anywhere else. I was very happy with the people I dealt with. I WILL so order from y"all again!!
