We called Marks Electrical up as they had the product we were looking for at a lower price than anywhere else (online or instore). A very helpful sales assistant gave us 2 options; we could do a web order for delivery the next working day and would be given a one-hour delivery window later in the day, or we could order over the phone and collect from the warehouse, where we could pay by chip & pin. We chose this option as we wanted the product asap. After we placed the order, I received a sales invoice via email and a text message with the order number on. We drove to the warehouse within 30 minutes. There was no problem parking and we only had to wait less than 3 minutes while the order was picked. Item received in perfect condition.
