friendly company

They have a friendly , chatty attitude and are obviously enthusiastic about food

I have only placed one order for veal, I like veal and the price was very good HOWEVER the veal stir fry was tasteless, I could not have named the meat I was eating .

I cooked the escalopes last Saturday, pan fried very lightly then covered with proscuitto and mozarella and grilled to melt the cheese, served with taglietelle in a cream sauce . My husband enjoyed it and thought the veal had a good flavour but we both agreed that the meat was tough.

I still have mince , meat balls and osso buco left in the freezer, I have great hopes for the osso buco as I have an excellent recipe that I have cooked many times before .
