Absolutely terrible.

Ordered flowers for delivery on Monday, (it now being Wednesday). After multiple messages to Yodel to confirm the status of my package and countless assurances that my flowers would be delivered. I eventually contacted iFlorist directly to only be cut off in my first attempt to talk to an advisor and then only being offered a refund after being informed that Yodel had in fact lost my package. Despite talking to them that morning and them confirming that it shall be with me today.

Absolutely terrible customer service and well I can't really say anything about the flowers as they never arrived.
Avoid like the plague.

I am so sorry about the problems you have had with this order. I can inform yourself that a full refund has been processed. We have launched an investigation with our couriers in regards to delivery and when we have heard back we shall be able to inform you of the problems.

After waiting all day for my package to arrive, only to find that it has been returned to the service centre as they were "unable to gain access" Despite not making any attempt whatsoever.

No card saying missed delivery no nothing.
What a joke.
