Ordered flowers for delivery on Monday, (it now being Wednesday). After multiple messages to Yodel to confirm the status of my package and countless assurances that my flowers would be delivered. I eventually contacted iFlorist directly to only be cut off in my first attempt to talk to an advisor and then only being offered a refund after being informed that Yodel had in fact lost my package. Despite talking to them that morning and them confirming that it shall be with me today.
Absolutely terrible customer service and well I can't really say anything about the flowers as they never arrived.
Avoid like the plague.
