Great customer service and speedy delivery!

This was my first order with petflow. For some reason my package didn't get delivered to my door even though the tracking said that it should have been there. I called petflow customer service and the guy on the other end was so nice and understanding. He did everything he could to help me find the package and/or order another one. For me, one of the most important aspects of shopping online is speedy delivery and great customer service. Petflow has them both. I will certainly shop again, thanks!
