Fantastic, fuss free service that I would happily use again!

I ordered a pair of Chacos sandals from Webtogs - after a lot of online research I chose a pair, and there aren't that many places to find them in the UK. They came in good time, at a great price (fab January sale!) but unfortunately didn't fit quite right. It was so easy to exchange - I just followed the instructions to the letter (didn't cost a penny either, thumbs up for that) and exchanged them for a different style. They also came in good time and fit beautifully. 5 stars to Webtogs!
