My brother and I found Sam a very efficient person who was very informative, ensuring at all times that we were up to date with all that was happening and she was very accessible if we had a question.
Her service was always polite and relevant and she was very easy to talk to which made a complex matter very easy. Her consideraion of my brothers learning disability was refreshing and appreciated.
