I've been using Petflow for some time now and find it absolutely fantastic. Have never had a problem. You can get your pet food sent on a schedule, or just order when you need it. If you need it sooner than scheduled, simply logon and change the date. My animals have never gone hungry because food has not arrived. No problems, EVER. I'M SERIOUS. They send you an email when your shipment has been sent. My opinion lately is that very few companies provide excellent customer service. But Petflow has renewed my faith that competent people can find jobs and business owners do have the smarts to do what's right for the customer. Thank you Petflow!!!!
