Ordered a new sofa in January 2013 and told we could ahve it in 7 days; we declined this offer and arranged for delivery 06.04.13, some 14 weeks later. In the middle of March I was contacted to say they could not meet the deleivery date due to Chinese holidays and the new date would be 13.04.13. I had heward nothing since so rang Customer Services to tell me that oh no we have had further delays and now it won't be in till 01.05.13. Great as I ahve sold my old suite and it goes this weekend, so we have nothing to sit on until ...oh wait it gets better 18.05.13 when they can deliver on a Saturday as both my partner and I work full time
Never again will i go to this Supplier......and when I asked for compensation i got offered a free deleivery little comfort for being 5 weeks late on your promise after a 14 week lead time.
