I am just one of the victims of the poor standard customer service (the only reason I have abandoned my purchase):
I had paid extra (£51.91) for next day delivery date and I rang better bathrooms many times for at least 15 minutes on an 0844 number which cost me lots of money - to ask about delivery date. I have been waiting for my order for more then 17 days and eventually it came without delivery arrangement and therefore I missed the delivery. So I rang and e-mail again. Then I was asked to pay to reschedule the delivery , so I have decided to abandon my purchase and only to get my money back. Now I am waiting for a refund minus £71.90 - for retrieval charge!
Avoid: Customer service is absolutely appalling!
