Good but ordering online not easy enough

The service is ok but ordering from GSF is not as easy as it should be. There is no online stock checker for local stores and no click and collect process.

Rivals like Euro Car Parts offer both of these and it makes the ordering process so much easier. If GSF had some interaction with the local store and an option for local store collection I would probably use them more.

Postage is a little slow for low value orders, it took six days for my order to arrive.

Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly working on improving the functionality of our website and will have some major developments being released shortly.

As for the slow delivery, as we do not charge as a standard delivery to the UK mainland, Royal Mail delivery can take 4-6 days but it is usually much faster than this. We do have the option of upgrading to a courier service for all of our items for a guaranteed service.
