Let down

First time with this company, very quick to take my money but 5 days later and email to inform me that they haven't this item and wont be getting it any more. Sorry just not good enough as i now have to let a customer down.
On the good side a quick response via email when i complained.

Adding some more, this company is a shambles after threatening them with legal action and trading standards I asking for the formal complaints procedure to be hung up on, eventually got a lovely helpful staff member who gave me management e-mail address since then i have been promised my money back within 5 working days......
