I had never heard of WAE+ until I read a good review online. I visited the site and was impressed by the competitive pricing and free delivery above a certain threshold.
The website was relatively easy to use and I placed an order for 2 products.
I received half of my order within the delivery promise. However, I was left unsure when to expect the second half of my order. After waiting another week or so, I contacted Customer Services to inquire. I was told they could no-longer get hold of the second item I had ordered and so I would not be receiving it. I have been offered a refund for the unavailable item.
So here's what I didn't like
- Charged for entire order, even though not all had been shipped.
- Not proactively informed that part of my order was now no-longer available (I had to contact them.)
- Disappointment of ordering something that was advertised as in stock, only to find out later it wasn't.
