Took my money with no confirmation of order!!!!

If u could give less than 1 star I would as I don't think they even deserve that. Never have I paid for anything online without receiving a confirmation email. I've try contacting them but surprise surprise there's no telephone number?!? What kind of costumer survive is this?!? So it dawns on me that I have to send an email which I'm clearly big going to get a response from. If I read these reviews before ordering I would never have used this site and believe me I will inform my friends not to use this site again!! I'm now down by £47.57 which i confirmed with my bank its been taken by missguided, and of course the next day delivery isn't here. If I do not hear back from missguided I will be taking further action as this is a clear preach of the sales of goods act!!!!! I've never experienced such bad service

I am sincerely sorry to hear that you did not receive a confirmation email once you placed your order with us. As we are a web based company we do deal with all queries via email, however we do offer our Facebook and Twitter pages as an alternative form of communication and our Customer Care team are answering emails within 24 hours.
