We sent a parcel with a paypal verified address to be told the address could not be found by the courier and the the item had been returned to the uk at an additional cost to us, without any communication or approval process. When speaking to customer service even at supervisor level it was a brick wall response of its a self tracking service there is nothing I can do. No approval of cost was made for the return of this item and no attempt to re deliver! My biggest problem however is the lack of recognition for call to action and response to emails. So now paid over £50 to have an item returned to me because a paypal verified address could not be found. Insanely bad!
