Good delivery advice, poor products.

Victoria plumb were really good ad advising on delivery times, and the website is good. But the quality of SOME of the products was poor. then, when trying to resole issues around said products, I found customer services response pretty slow, and on the whole a bit unsatisfactory. Not sure i could recommend.
