Disappointed!

First time I used ebookers to book a hotel for in Casablanca. I received a confirmation email for the booking including reservation number and hotel code number. On arrival to the hotel, the receptionest have no idea about the booking and confirmed that the hotel is fully booked and there is no reservation in my name!.

Dear Ms Hawisa- the booking you made was a retail property which was payable locally and a confirmation was provided by the property on submission of the booking request.

Regrettably as the booking was made only 1 hour prior to arrival it appears the property were unable to honour the booking.

Whilst this was entirely beyond our control we do completely appreciate the inconvenience caused.
