Very smooth transaction, quick delivery, well packaged.

The site guides are very handy and led to make a starter kit purchase.

It could be improved if the shop items were reviewed so I could see what wines are best.

Generally the kit was well priced at £46, buying individual items from the high street was around 10% more expensive so very good value.

The wine kit seems expensive although very easy to use.

I can understand that the sugar is pre-disolved with the juice, where cheaper kits need sugar added seperately, but for the extra cost I probably won't be making another purchase. Although quality vs cost when I've finished some kits will be my ultimate decider.
