Paid for Lily's and tulips, got the Lily's but no tulips which are my girls favourite, got some cheap ones as a substitute! left delivery instructions on ordering as we were out after dinner time, came at 11:45 which was ok but got delivered to a random house down the road when I clearly asked if not in deliver to another address 30yards away

We are sorry to learn of your disappointment. If tulips were not available, our florist would have substituted for stems of an equal or greater value.
