- In order to get an initial response to any query I have to write 2,3 sometimes 4 emails as generic responses are sent from ASOS first. As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating.
- It takes too long for refunds to get processed - over a month quite often. Other e-stores manage to deal with their refunds within a week!
- Not only I received incorrect item as part of my order recently, I didn't even get correct refund! I now need to find my receipt for that order (although they sent me an email saying they've received it) to prove the weight of the parcel apparently!
I feel that ASOS should take more care generally!
All in all I am not planning on ordering from ASOS again as it takes up too much of my time - it's just quicker to go to a store, the whole idea of online shopping is convenience which ASOS fails to provide.
