They replied faster to my negative review then to my numerous emails. They did NOT properly display pertinent information such as the fact they are located in Singapore and that anyone buying these products in the US has a good chance of having issues through Steam. The VPN solution did NOT work for me no matter how many times I tried, or how many times someone from this company regurgitated the same FAQ to me. The representatives claim they have other VPN solutions if the FAQ does not work, and I have been begging for help for a week. Alas, I have yet to hear from anyone as to what these specific "other" solutions are and probably never will. Oh, and BTW, they won't EVER refund your money for a game if they send out an activation key. Wait, did I mention that they always have to send out an activation key for games that you buy? Hmmmmmm, convenient. Again, my sarcasm and/or disdain for these shady dealings would evaporate if I could only get: A) A refund for my 28 dollars (which by the way was supposed to be 22 dollars but changed after I purchase it because of a currency change, which is the ONLY way I knew I had been hoodwinked into buying a product from a foreign country!!) B) Any decent person that works for this company to actually respond to my numerous emails with relevant VPN information and solutions that work! or C) Someone can event a time machine so I can leap back to a week ago, allow me to trust my better judgement and purchase this game from Amazon.com or Steam, and prevent me from becoming dumber, losing chromosomes, and wasting 7 days of my life.
