Sales staff were very helpful but once they had the money the aftercare was atrocious

The salesman went out of his way to find me the products I wanted on their website, ensuring I had all the correct parts etc. However when the order arrived there were no legs for the shower tray, the screen was too big and the shower waste didnt connect with any traditional uk fittings. I called and told them about this and they said they would have to look into the shower screen as I could not recall weather I had ordeded that size or they had sent me the wrong size and they would post the shower tray legs to me in the conventional post system, and they would arrive the following Friday or Monday after that (3-5 working days) I pointed out that I would need them the next day as the shower tray would be the first thing that needed fitting but they would not entertain posting them overnight. By Friday I had not heard anything about either problem so i called them again (each time you call customer services takes 20 mins to answer and being an 0845 number, costs you a boat load more money) the staff were at best lethargic and at worst completely dissinterested. They said they were looking into the shower screen by listening to the original call and the legs had been posted. Monday arrived and I called them again and was told the legs should be arriving soon but because of the snow they may have been held up, apparently I ordered the wrong screen and had to arrange delivery back to them withing 7 days to claim a refund which I duly did.

I am still waiting for a refund and the legs are nowhere to be seen....,
