I used 'Better Bathrooms' a second time, I ordered a 'Ultra Chic 10.5kw shower' I waited a couple of days as expected because it was a 'special order', when it came I had to inspect it and noticed a few inclusions in the chrome finish, I pointed this out and they sent it for an exchange, another few days and the exchange shower came (we were getting a bit frustrated with all the waiting and lack of the shower), the exchange shower also had slight problems with the chrome finish so again pointed this out to the staff on the desk, they said they would exchange it again and said they would try to get a 'next day' delivery, sure enough a text came through the next day saying the shower was ready for collection. When we collected the shower I was suprised to see they had simply repacked the same shower, with the same fault and re-presented this to me, admittedly the fault was slight but after paying £280 for a shower expected the quality to be outstanding, it wasn't, this shower is no better than an old 9.5kw Creda I took out ,but we could not wait any longer so we accepted it. I also took back a full box of tiles for a refund but was told they don't do refunds, I explained that the guys at the shop had asked me for measurements and they worked out how many tiles I would need and it was not my fault they worked it out wrong, they just said I would have to contact customer services, but they would not refund! Would you use them again?
