Inaccurate website description meant wasted purchase

I bought an internal tropical tank filter/pump on the basis that it also had aeration/venturi as described in the website product description.
On delivery it was clear that this was an inaccurate description and the pump was not suitable.
Pet Supermarket responded well and I returned the pump post free and received a fast refund.
