Wonderful non pressured service - completely hassle free - Claire Shirtliff was wonderful!

I had contacted two different companies before Age Partnership. The first just kept calling and hassling and I told them a number of times that I had decided not to go ahead for the time being, their response was to rudely hang up on me mid-sentence and then keep calling. The second, very well known company, was very sales focused and although they stopped calling eventually - I am inundated with mailings and emails about investments and pensions.
Then I contacted Age Partnership, I spoke to a lady called Claire Shirtliff who was not at all 'salesey' she was extremely pleasant, helpful and explained everything very clearly. I was supplied with clear information and was confident that Claire got me the best deal on the market. I was left alone to make a decision and on one occasion when Claire was not available, her boss Simon was equally as helpful. I had a strong sense of trust in Claire to do what was in my best interest and when I gave the go ahead, I was kept up to date regularly. It all went very smoothly and when the pension came through I was thoroughly delighted. I would recommend this company to anyone considering taking their pension.
