Recently decided to buy a new TV. Checked internet for advice re. model and then for prices. It seemed that the Samsung UE32ES6300 was the best buy. I sought prices. Best price was from Crampton and Moore. I was glad to see they are a family business still and that they have their own highstreet shop in England. I liked the look of their website and decided to place my order. It turned out that the last of these sets had been sold the day before. I was told that they'd be in at the end of the following week. That week came and went and the site still said "Out of Stock". I phoned on the following Monday to order 3D glasses. I was given very helpful advice on this subject and was sold two pairs at an extremely good price. I was told to expect the TV to be in stock by the end of that week. I was pleasantly surprised, however, to receive an email the following day telling me to expect delivery on the day after that, Wednesday. It was being sent by express delivery in view of the fact that it had not come in the previous week. Actually, C&M were only obliged to have it in my hands in 3-5 days. I was very pleased with this generous gesture.
In conclusion, all my communications, by email or by phone, have met with pleasant, courteous and helpful replies. And I've secured a good deal. I'm very pleased. I'll buy from C&M, the family firm, again.
