Service and quality fine, opportunity to vary from the standard list non existent. Abrupt service

Website was easy to understand, ordering process simple, price compares favourabley with others, delivery company used very helpful.

3 days for complaints is not fair to the customer as this means you have to unpack everything to check, even if you are not ready to fix all items. Our shower rail was inside an undamaged packet bent like a banana but only discovered 2 weeks later.

Had a problem with concealed cistern housing which could not be used as delivered. Queried this with customer service and they could offer no solution whatsoever, including the supplier name so that we could buy an additional matching panel to make it work. I said that I ws unhappy, especially when the option was to buy another complete item, or complain but only via e mail. Cheap price therefore computer monkeys. not impressed with this element at all.
