Sold a pair of tickets. Uploaded them. Then I had problems signing in. I am sure I did not forget my password, but anyhow I went to "Forget your password?" to reset it. Never received a reset email, even emailed the company to reset it for me. Still haven't gotten a reset email, no it is not in my spam folder. There is no one picking up the customer support phone number. Now i get an email saying that my sale has been canceled!!!! VERY VERY UPSET. What is up with your support team? ALL I WANTED WAS TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT TO MANAGE MY LISTINGS and you can't even help with the technical issues. Transaction #2841580. FIX IT.
