Customer service is first class! emailed to enquire about a product, fast reply back. Purchased item online, email regarding delivery informed me of date and delivery time and that item had been left with neighbour, including neighbours name and house number. The parcel contained a leaflet with photos of staff and the person who had packed my parcel (nice personal touch). Many businessess underestimate the importance of customer service. These chaps have hit the nail on the head. Fantastic service!!
