Failed to deliver

Moving to a new house, I ordered a captain's bed and trundle, I was informed it was in stock and would be delivered to our house for the Thursday. No bed arrived so rang and inquired as to where my bed was, i was informed that it was out of stock and would not be with me until 14 days later. Customer service was poor and the was told that I would have to cancel in writing to get my money back. I asked to for the manager to ring me but that never happened. I e- mailed to cancel my order to which they replied that they would refund me but as yet nothing has been credited to my account. In the meantime my son is sleeping on his mattress on the floor. I would steer clear of this company
