Have ordered many times from Pet Supermarket as their prices are usually the most competitive. The whole process is normally very slick and trouble-free. But this time round it was nearly a nightmare....
The original delivery was dispatched via Yodel. After a few days a call to PS Customer Services revealed that Yodel had lost the parcel (a 10kg sack of cat food!) -- Pet Supermarket no longer use them for delivery. A new order was dispatched via DPD, and this was delivered bang on schedule -- to my home address rather than my work address as intended -- but a quick call to Customer Services had the delivery located in a matter of minutes. So all was well.
Apart from the minor confusion about the destination of the re-delivery, I cannot fault the Customer Services representatives who helped me in a quick, and friendly manner.
