Due to the snow, my order was delayed in being delivered - 4 days late, so the food had gone off. I was notified by the courier on the morning that it was supposed to be delivered that it was going to be late, but before I'd even had a chance to contact MuscleFood they called me to let me know that they would re-send a fresh order.
The true measure of customer service is how a company deals with things going wrong. Top marks go to MuscleFood.
p.s. the meat was perfect too - quality steaks, and chicken breasts so large you'd think they were turkey!
