excellent service, fast and reliable.

The BOGS boots that my daughter bought me at Christmas are proving invaluable, they are warm, and comfy, ideal in the snow. The BOGS wellies I ordered for my husband arrived 2 working days after ordering, very prompt. Having tried them on he found them comfy and warm but he hasn't had the opportunity of wearing them for any length of time.

My only criticism is that on looking at the label inside my boots, I found that they were made in China, what a disappointment, I thought they were made in England.
