Incompetent rude staff

I have booked my British Airways flights through Carlton Leisure travel agents and I was severely mis-informed about my flights from a gentleman called Harry (had a strong Indian accent) - He made errors on the booking and when pointed out he was very rude and asked more money to get those errors corrected. We end up paying more for our tickets - Dont use this travel company, get your tickets booked directly from BA, trust me you'll save money and time.
