Excellent service from start to finish

The glasses I ordered were out of stock - checked using the "chat now" facility on the web site,but was told they would only take 7-10 days as they came from Italy. I ordered online and within 7 days I received an email to say the glasses were being dispatched. The next day they arrived well packed with a tracked delivery. Can't fault the service and the price beat the local high street prices too. Excellent.
