don't bother.

after having placed and paid for my order online, and receiving an email confirming that my order had been accepted and would be delivered that day - I mistakenly thought it was safe to assume that birthday flowers would be delivered to my friend.
No such luck. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. Poor show.
