I am very sorry to hear that you have received a damaged treadmill. This is currently being looked into with our couriers and measures will be taken to try and stop this happening in the future. I can see that you contacted us on 26th January 2012 to report that the item had been received damaged. We then arranged to put a claim in with our couriers who collected the item from you and a full refund was processed on 30th January 2012.
