On the 7th January 2013, I sent off the following to Payzoola.com
1x iPhone 4s 16gb White
1x iPhone 4s 16gb White
1x iPhones 5 16gb White, this phone had never been taken out of the box, it was still wrapped in the In the manufactures’ seal.
After waiting 4 days for them to "test" my phones, they contacted me and stated that the iPhone 4 was scratched and damaged and offered a lower sum, I rejected their offer and asked for this phone to be sent back, which they did, however when I received this phone back I knew it was not my phone, this phone had a different IME number to the one which I had sent and it was locked to T Mobile, the phone I sent was locked to Orange, I could not be bothered to argue with them so I accepted this phone.
With regards to my two other phones, I received an email from them stating that my iPhone 4s was scratched and damaged, yet again the offered a lower sum, again I rejected this offer and asked for the phone to be sent back. Two days later I received another email offering me the original sum for my iPhone 4s, I accepted their offer.
5 days after receiving my 3 phones they sent me another email, stating that they had agreed to pay the original offer for my iPhone 5, I accepted their offer and wanted to get my money as quickly as possible. I then made a request that amount owed to me of £620.00 be paid into my bank account and supplied them with my details.
2 days later they sent an email asking me to confirm that I wish to have the payment paid into my bank.....
On the 18th January 2013 Payzoola.com stated that payment of £620.00 had been authorised and sent.
As at today's date 6th February 2013, no payment has been received by my bank, all my emails that I have sent them have been un-answered. So the next step for me is to take out a County Court Summons.
Just to finish, with regards to the iPhone 4 that Payzoola.com sent back to me, I mailed it to Mazuma Mobile, they received the phone on Thursday 31st January at 11.15 am and by 12.44pm the same day the money was in my account, it’s nice to see that some companies are genuine.
Update:
Amazingly after threatening Payzoola.com with court action and writing this review, Payzoola.com paid £620.00 into my bank account on 7th February at 16.00 hours, this being all the monies owed to me. It is a pity it took so long.
They received my iPhone at 11.15am on 31st Jan 2013.
At 12.10pm the same day, they completed their checks, and sent me an e-mail.
At 12.41pm the money was paid into my bank account.
I cant say anymore, as there is nothing else to add because it was so easy.
