When US customs returned my parcel Transglobal's customer service was excellent in organising and expediting another carrier to resend it - successfully.
I ordered an "in stock" item 3 weeks ago. When I chased it up no explanation was given - just a statement saying a further 7-10 day delay.
I've still not received the item.
I certainly won't visit their website again.
Now over the additional 10 days and I've given up hope of any response let alone delivery.
I wanted a small quantity, decent quality brochure to send to prospective clients, but didn't want to spend a fortune. Solopress offer and indeed provide good customer service, quality better than you'd expect for the money and the 24 hour turnround is no lie. On my desk the very next day.
