I ordered a tablet and I received it just before Xmas. I noticed that the packaging was opened and the security tags were ripped. I tried to contact the value basket before Xmas but no success. When I started using the tablet, it appears that it didn't work and the charger was broken. I sent it back finally in January but I have been told that I can't have my money back as I sent it too late. Is that my fault that they didn't answer their calls and emails?????. They try to make a fool of me and I am very disappointed.
