I placed my order at the beginning of January, but specified a delivery date of 30th January - and the bed turned up on that date. I had no need to contact Mattressman at any time, as everything that was supposed to happen. did and on the day that it should have. Even the courier delivery man was lovely, and was shocked when I insisted on helping him carry my items into the house. Cannot fault this company
