Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately from time to time things can go wrong with couriers or within manufacture, we will replace any of our products swiftly if we have made a mistake or damaged has been caused in transit, we request a photo of the fault to support any claim and try our very best to get the replacement out as soon as humanly possible absolutely.
