My order was late by some 10 days due to the delay of one of their suppliers, a problem I was only to find out after contacting them. From then on all went all, explanations provided, delayed item removed from list, compensation discount offered, order shipped and received as promised. The list of goods on sale in next to infinite but so seemed the time it took to have them delivered, which makes me speptical about going back to them. In the very least I should have been contacted about the availability problem instead of having to ask myself only to find out said item might as well become available in a month or so (which would then put shipping of my goodies on hold for how long before someone thought this is a problem -winter clothes arriving in spring?)
