Excellent - my order arrived the day after it was placed.

After a glitch (unable to find a product on the new website that I had previously ordered) I needed to call Viovet to check things out. I spoke to a very helpful lady who "showed me round" the new web site and then did the order for me there and then on the phone. My order was dispatched the same day, and was delivered the following day. An excellent service.
