Garden XL

Great service despite the delay!

I ordered a pair of brown wellies from Garden XL which were due to be delivered free within a few days.

I was disappointed at first when I found out that the specific ones I wanted were not in stock, but was impressed that they took the effort to actually phone me to advise me of my options, which were to have them in a different colour, or wait until the colour I wanted was back in stock (3 weeks), or cancel my order and look elsewhere. They also said I had not yet had any money taken from my account, and wouldn't until the wellies were dispatched.

I decided to wait, and after only 2 weeks I received an email to say they had been dispatched, and a few days later they arrived.

I'm very pleased with the communication throughout, pleased with the wellies when they arrived and can't wait to use them (no more jumping over boggy areas!) and would definitely use Garden XL again.
