First of all, there was a delay. I called.. a personnel at the shop explains to me well what caused the delay (one of the items was apparently not in stock)... Finally I have got my order within a week. That's ok.
What I dislike is that the brand new B+W filter I've just got has a fingerprint dirt on it already :( and the plastic on the edge of the filter has small scratch already. It seems to me that this expensive filter (MRC xs pro) has been used or put on a lens before. I am pissed because I paid the price for a brand new product not a show model.
In short, good service but I cannot trust the products from this shop anymore.. so I will not order from the shop anymore and I will not recommend the shop to anyone I know.
