Good service but they didn't have my exact size!

I bought a hinged knee brace from this company and measured my knee according to the very clear instructions on their site. This told me that I was at the very top end of size XL (very swollen knee!) and the bottom end of XXL. Sadly they didn't have an XXL choice in the drop down box and so I had to choose XL. It came promptly and was well packaged but because of the swelling is very difficult to pull on and, I think, too tight and uncomfortable. I'll hang on to it for when swelling goes down. There is a helpful video on the site about how to put it on.
