i asked my friend to buy tickets from her bank account as it is present for my husband she by mistake put her name on one ticket and my name on second one, tried to contact viagogo for 3 days and had no help of changing name, now tickets appears on totally different 3rd name!!! im frustrated! no help at all....did write am emails,no response called on several phone numbers,adviser says that will call back and solve the names,still havent called back!another advisor could not give me any advice or help at all,it looked like he dont know anything about viagogo.and now i cant reach them trough the one phone i could talk to someone!very disappointed.
